THE ROLE:This role is responsible for leading the implementation and onboarding of all new business wins generated by the Corporate Sales team. It requires strong product knowledge, hands-on execution, and regular face-to-face engagement to deliver tailored solutions across Tool of Trade, Novated and Heavy Commercial offerings. The role manages clients throughout the initial 612 months before a structured handover to the Relationship Management team.Some of your key responsibilities in this role will include (but not limited to):Partner with the BDM team to deliver client presentations that effectively sell the Fleet Partners solution while supporting the achievement of revenue, profit and customer acquisition targetsExecutive and operational stakeholder communicationUnderstand and execute on approved pricing strategies for new customersDevelop a revised onboarding pack to integrate the existing tools that are in place across the multiple ERPs.Maintain a high level of competitor intelligence, including product offering, pricing and strategyLead the team of sales and implementation resources ABOUT YOU:We are seeking an experienced fleet sales professional with strong commercial acumen and a customer-first mindset.
