No problem. Our structured training program gives you everything you need, from highvoltage switching and highrisk work licences to equipment maintenance, diagnostics, installation and commissioning of electrical assets.What You''ll DoYou''ll work across the full lifecycle of substation operations, maintaining assets, building technical capability, performing highvoltage switching and supporting emergency response. You''ll champion safe work practices, prepare safety documentation, lead crews when needed, accurately record work in our systems, and help develop apprentices and junior technicians.What We''re Looking ForEssentialCertificate III in Electrotechnology or equivalent electrical trade qualificationFamiliarity with the "Wiring Rules" and relevant Australian StandardsFlexibility to support oncall and afterhours responses to system incidentsCurrent Australian Driver''s LicenceDesirableNSW Fair Trading Electrical Supervisor Certificate or Contractor LicenceAbility to read and interpret schematics and wiring diagramsUnderstanding or willingness to learn Substation Secondary SystemsAwareness of diagnostic testing techniques for substation equipmentWhat''s in it for you?
