This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Credit Analyst ready to step into a more senior role, or for a current Senior Associate looking to deepen their exposure to larger, more complex commercial deals.You will also have the opportunity to build leadership capability by mentoring and coaching lesser experienced analysts. We''re looking for someone eager to learn, confident in their skills, and ideally ready to hit the ground running.Your Role Will Involve:Financial modelling and analysis for business/commercial clientsPreparing credit submissions and coordinating documentation and fundingMaintaining portfolio data quality, compliance, and reportingConducting annual reviews and monitoring client performanceBuilding strong relationships with internal specialist teamsStructuring and presenting credit merits, identifying and mitigating risksWhat We''re Looking For:Strong credit writing skills and commercial acumenProven ability to analyse financial statements and forecastsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBusiness/commercial banking client service experienceAbility to quickly grasp complex, new-to-bank transactions and risksTertiary qualification in business, finance, or commerce preferredWhether you''re already operating at a Senior Associate level or are a Credit Analyst with aspirations to grow into the role, we have the opportunity to accelerate your career in a thriving, client-focused team.
