What you''ll doWe are looking for a talented Integrations Manager to own and grow CORTO''s third-party integration ecosystem. In this role, you will manage external developers and partners who build applications and integrations that call CORTO''s APIs, ensuring high-quality, secure, and scalable integrations.Reporting to the Head of Backend Engineering, you will sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and commercial teamsshaping integration standards, improving developer experience, and ensuring integrations deliver real value to customers.This is a hands-on role that combines technical understanding, stakeholder management, and operational excellence.To make this happen you will:This is an incredible opportunity to be part of an engineering team building the next generation of our products. The day to day will include: Owning the operational health and performance of CORTO''s third-party integrations and developer ecosystemOnboarding new integrationsLiaising with CTO to provide reports on performance and usages of integrationsOwning and maintaining CORTO''s API documentationProviding technical support for developers and other stakeholdersReviewing new and updated integrationsCollecting feedback from stakeholders and communicating improvements required to the Development teamApproving / rejecting application reviewsBuild strong internal and external relationships through clear, professional written and verbal communicationWorking closely with key business decision makers and cross-functional development and testing teams to offer guidance and advice on what solutions will best fit the business needsReviewing and improving integrations team workflowsThe candidate will be required to be a good cultural fit for our team as values and behaviours are important within our teamsWhat you''ll bring:Experience in working in a fast-paced Agile environmentExperience in gathering requirements from stakeholdersExperience in creating technical documentation specificationsExperience in working on tech support tasksFamiliarity with REST services and APIsStrong delivery focus to complete tasks within schedule and quality standardsStrong stakeholder management skillsEven better if you have;Database experience (mySQL, MSSQL and / or DynamoDB)Knowledgeable on best practices for both UI and UX developmentKnowledge of AWS productsKnowledge of OAuth and Auth0Knowledge of LEAP productsExperience in using Atlassian productsExperience working with json / yaml specificationsYou are the type of person who hasStrong problem-solving skills, analysis skills and attention to detailStrong verbal and written skillsEnjoys working in fast-paced environmentsCORTO is an inclusive, people-first company committed to breaking down institutional barriers that keep people from reaching their potential.
