What You''ll Do: Reporting to the Manager, this role is responsible for providing sales and administration support, with duties including:Performing general administrative tasks including stock control, ordering, receipting, and dispatching of goodsAssist customers with pricing and product queriesProcessing counter sales through POSMaintaining safety processesAssistance with merchandise campaign materialProviding general administrative support to the branchLoading and unloading trucks, dispatching and unpacking orders and deliveries What You''ll Bring: To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a team support role in a busy environment and have a passion for Australian farming and agriculture. In addition, you will demonstrate:A proactive approach to work and practical organisation skillsExcellent attention to detailEffective verbal communications skills to build solid long-term customer relationshipsProblem solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptlyAbility to identify ways to improve internal sales processesExcellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and OutlookForklift licence advantageous, but not mandatoryAbility to maintain a clean presentable branchAre you a good match?
