Are you passionate about supporting healthcare professionals and ensuring every step of their journey is smooth, compliant, and rewarding?Join Medacs Healthcare as a Candidate Consultant, where you''ll play a vital role in helping our remote nursing team connect experienced nurses with meaningful locum opportunities across Australia.What you''ll be doing:Supporting the Remote Nursingteam, you''ll be the go-to person for candidates - guiding them through onboarding, ensuring their documentation meets compliance standards, and helping them get ready for locum assignments with confidence and ease Your responsibilities will include:Maintain and update candidate records to ensure data accuracy and compliance.Screen and interview candidates, ensuring alignment with client-specific compliance requirements.Conduct regular audits of candidate documentation to meet regulatory standards.Coordinate with external providers to complete background checks and credentialing processes.Delegate onboarding and credentialing tasks to offshore teams, ensuring consistency and quality control.Manage contractor logistics, including travel and accommodation, in line with compliance protocols.Ensure CRM data integrity and support reporting for compliance tracking.Build professional networks and engage candidates through social media outreach.Respond promptly to compliance-related queries and support ad-hoc projects.Collaborate with recruitment consultants to deliver compliant, high-quality service to clients and candidatesWhat Will You Bring to the Role?To thrive in this role, you''ll bring a mix of technical skills, initiative, and a people-first mindset.
