We also offer leading solutions in commercial/consumer financing to enable and incent purchases.In your new role as Documentation Officer, you will ensure effective and efficient generation of loan document generation to optimise customer satisfaction.Key accountabilities include, but not limited to:Generate loan documentationManage and control the Customer Service/Settlement inboxPrepare finance quotes according to program parametersUndertake a range of customer contact activity, including management of customer queries, issues and complaints including escalations and follow-upsMay process settlementsUndertake a range of activity to ensure legal compliance and behavioural, ethical and procedural compliance with Kubota policies, procedures and guidelines and relevant organisational policies and proceduresPrepare a range of reporting, such as reporting on compliance activity for appropriate authorities (as required)Undertake a range of general administration tasks (as directed)Undertake other duties within the limits of knowledge, skills and experience (as directed)To excel in this role, your resume will include:Demonstrate an excellent applied understanding of lending processesStrong knowledge and understanding of Australian and New Zealand legislative and regulatory requirements including AML/CTF Act, Privacy Act, and National Credit CodeAbility to develop and maintain positive and productive professional relationships, including with customersHighly developed organisational skills evidenced by a track history of meeting agreed deadlines and standard through effective coordination of workflow and prioritisation of workStrong attention to detail and focus on accuracy/qualityWell developed interpersonal skills and proven communication (verbal and written) and negotiation skillsWell developed conceptual and problem-solving capabilityDemonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced and busy team environmentProven ability to monitor and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirementsIMPORTANT TO NOTE:Kubota have a zero tolerance approach to alcohol and illicit drugs on all our sites.
