Create your best future and join Westpac as Associate Director Transaction Relationship Manager.What''s the role?This is a full-time, permanent role based in Melbourne, working within Westpac''s Global Transaction Services (GTS) team, managing a senior portfolio of public sector clients.Your focus will be on maintaining embedded relationships, identifying opportunities for growth across the diversified agencies within the portfolio, and delivering tailored solutions that enable your clients'' operational and financial goals. It''s a role that combines strategic thinking, client engagement, commitment for long term growth within the portfolio and a deep understanding of transactional banking.What do I need?You''ve built and nurtured senior client relationships before, and you know how to earn trust, influence decisions, persist and keep partnerships thriving. You can read between the lines of a client''s strategy, spot opportunities others miss, and craft long-term plans that align with their goals and ours. You''re skilled at creating compelling pitches, working broadly across the Group, mapping out solutions, and delivering presentation packs that resonate with senior stakeholders. You stay sharp on economic trends, client sector priorities, and the evolving transactional banking landscapeand you use that knowledge to drive smarter conversations, especially with a digital overlay.
