With six offices nationally and partner firms in more than 145 markets, wherever you want to go, we can take you there.About this roleAs an Executive Assistant in the Financial Advisory team, you will play a key role in the effective day-to-day operations of the team and provide intuitive support, displaying a high level of initiative, multi-tasking and adapting quickly to last-minute change. You will proactively anticipate the needs of your stakeholders before and as they arise.Please note that this is a maximum term contract opportunity ending Friday 18 December 2026.Key responsibilitiesProvide highlevel administrative support to three Partners and the broader Financial Advisory teamManage inboxes, calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordinationComplete client onboarding through CERAProcess Partner expenses in ConcurOrganise team training sessions, internal meetings, and client / team eventsPreparation and formatting of documents and correspondence in line with Grant Thornton brand guidelinesManage and maintain databases and systems, including regular updates in Salesforce CRMSupport monthly billing processesPrepare and distribute bulk mailouts and communicationsProvide general administrative and ad hoc support as requiredSkills and experience Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant within a corporate or professional services environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills, with a positive approach to teamwork and the ability to collaborate with and manage expectations of stakeholders at all levelsHighly organised, with the ability to multitask and work effectively under pressureHigh degree of accuracy and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and WordIf you''re interested in this role but don''t feel that you match every single one of our requirements, we would still love to hear from you and explore the unique skillset and attributes that you can bring to the team.Reach your remarkableAt Grant Thornton we do things differently because we understand that when you strive for better and care about what you do remarkable things are possible.
