The 1,000 capacity venue includes a 400 sq/m 156-seat live esports arena (the ''Alienware Arena''), 60+ premium gaming PCs, 250 sq/m arcade, two licensed and originally-themed bars, private party spaces, a full-service Tavern restaurant holding specially created VIP video game booths and designated board game / tabletop areas, merchandise store, dedicated streamer pods, and a live broadcast production facility.About the role:We are constantly on the lookout for amazing people to join our team. You might be a cocktail rockstar looking for a new challenge or maybe you''ve got some mad restaurant skills on the floor and are looking to expand your horizons. We regularly have openings for positions in our customer service team, where we handle everything from serving tables and making cocktails, to helping guests with PC gaming and board games. We love what we do and have fun doing it If this sounds like a fit then we want to hear from youThe ideal candidates must have:At least 2 years experience working in a food & beverage environmentOutstanding customer service skillsCocktail making experience (desired but not essential)Barista experience (also desired but not essential)Experience servicing large crowds of up to 1000 peopleA valid NSW Responsible Serving of Alcohol certificateA valid Working with Children''s Check (this must be obtained before employment commences)Confidence dealing with customer complaints and resolutionEnergetic & have the ability to multi-task & adapt in a fast-paced environmentExcellent personal presentation & have a positive ''can do'' attitude; andBe flexible & available to work across a roster including week days, evenings, weekends & public holidaysFull ongoing rights to work in AustraliaFortress Sydney is frequently looking for new casual CSAs to join our awesome team.
