You''ll be the voice of Smaller Practice members internally, supporting committees, ambassadors and key stakeholders.Key responsibilities: Lead engagement, communication and outreach programs for the Smaller Practices sectorBuild trusted relationships through meetings, events and proactive contactResolve member issues and act as an escalation pointManage online communities and targeted communicationsAnalyse member trends (incl. Salesforce) to drive continuous improvementSupport committees, panels and ambassadorsABOUT YOUYou can build trusted relationships, support CA ANZ committees, embrace change, collaborate with colleagues, and drive continuous improvement for members in smaller practices.
