Predominately Monday to Friday day shiftsBring your supervisory skills and lead a supportive and fun team environmentGreat opportunity to share your passion for excellent customer service with othersThe role Full Time, ContinuingLevel 3 - $65,712 to $71,352 pa (plus 17% superannuation) BathurstAs the Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for daily operations and leading staff to provide professional quality food and beverage services to all clientele. This includes ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOP), stock control, customer service, staff training and safe food handling.About youDemonstrated experience and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.Previous supervisory experience in a high-volume hospitality setting, including roster preparation and training staff.Current valid NSW driver''s licence and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card (or willingness to obtain)As part of this recruitment, a pre-employment functional screening is required.About us We are a university of the land and people of our regions.
