This is an opportunity to use your expertise beyond the classroom and support educators to create inclusive kindergarten programs for all children.The RoleAs a Preschool Field Officer, you will work closely with kindergarten educators to build their capacity to support the access and participation of children with additional needs in funded three and four-year-old kindergarten programs. Through a coaching model, you will provide practical guidance, professional support and advice, and help educators connect families with relevant services and supports.About YouYou are an accomplished Early Childhood Teacher who brings strong knowledge of inclusive practice, child development and contemporary early learning frameworks.
