Job Expectations Agreatopportunityhas presented itself for a Senior DevOps & Site Reliability Engineer, reporting to the ExecutiveManagerAdvanced Engineering, where you will join the Incubation & Innovation Engineering team. A bit about your role In this role, you will join a small but highly focused incubation team responsible for building andmaintainingreliable, scalable applications deployed on modern cloud infrastructure. The team functions as an incubator fornbn, rapidly developing and deploying innovative solutions that support operational business units. Your work willcentreon driving operational excellence, building automation that accelerates delivery, and ensuring production stability while enabling highvelocity software development. You will make extensive use of cloudnative technologies, infrastructureascode, and Site Reliability Engineering practices to design and implement resilient systems. Your focus will be on enabling engineering teams to deploy confidently, scale effectively, and respond quickly to incidents. As part of delivering leadingedge business applications, you will design robust, faulttolerant infrastructure that supports solutions with the potential to move into production environments. A key part of this position involves balancing the incubator''s need for rapid experimentation with the disciplinerequiredtomaintainstability. You will understand when to rely on proven engineering patterns and when to explore emerging capabilities. You will playa central rolein shaping reusable infrastructure blueprints, creating selfservice capabilities, and uplifting operational maturity across the incubator. Just as importantly, you will help embed reliability thinking from the outset of each solution, mentoring others to adopt highquality engineeringbehavioursand championing operational excellence across the team. You have a strong passion for automation, engineering quality, and building highavailability systems. Youdemonstratecomposure and precision when diagnosing complex issues, and you thrive in environments that require both rapid iteration and strong engineering discipline.
