This exciting role will see you joining the high performing social work department and will provide varied and challenging opportunities with support and will promotes growth. You will be responsible for the provision of assistance to the Social Work team, patients & on occasion the broader Allied Health Team on the wards. Performing work of a general nature under the delegation and supervision of allied health professionals, such as but not limited to, the following:Work with direct supervision to implement therapeutic and related activities, in individual and group settingsProvide clinical assistance in completing service referrals and documentation in consultation with the teamProvide non-clinical assistance to Allied Health professionals including but not limited to administrative and resourcing tasksParticipate in/lead programs, processes and quality improvement activitiesOn occasion represent the Dandenong team at AHA group meetings About Us Monash Health Allied Health share the vision of One Team; Making a Difference Together.
