This role provides expert contractual advice to support strategic initiatives, ensure compliance, and manage risk across the business.You will enable informed decisionmaking by balancing legal, commercial and operational considerations, while building strong stakeholder relationships. Leading a small team, you will drive effective governance, continuous improvement and capability uplift across concession deed management practices.About youYou are an experienced contract and governance professional with strong legal or commercial management credentials, ideally gained within government, joint venture or highly regulated environments. This role requires a strong commitment to integrity, accountability, and compliance with privacy, data security and ethical standards. An outcomesfocused approach supports the effective management of competing priorities in fastpaced settings, while maintaining high attention to detail and alignment with governance frameworks.Clear, confident communication underpins the ability to provide credible advice and influence stakeholders at all levels.
