You''ll work in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and be trusted to shape practical risk and opportunity approaches that protect schedule, cost, and capability outcomes.Our Ideal Candidate:This role suits aManager or Senior Managerwith a strong delivery mindset and substantive experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. You may come from anengineering, project management or similar background, but critically, you bring a mature understanding ofrisk and opportunity management beyond pure technical delivery.As a Defence consultancy, we also need you to be an Australian Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain an AGSVA Security Clearance.You will demonstrate:In-depth experience managingschedule, risk and opportunityin complex programsThe ability torun, interrogate and challenge schedulesto protect delivery outcomesA proactive, opportunity-focused approach to problem-solvingConfidence engaging with senior Navy and industry stakeholdersAn entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to challenge assumptions and drive outcomesExcellent coordination, communication and stakeholder management skillsHaving these other abilities would also be awesome (but not mandatory):Experience onlarge, complex maritime programs, or major platform sustainment or upgrade activities Why join Coras?Coras prides itself on being a management consultancy with a difference.
