The concierge role encompasses a range of positions across full-time, casual and part-time teams within both government and commercial environments. Our Auxus Concierge team are responsible for delivering consistent, high-quality service while supporting the day-to-day operation of each workplace. The role requires a strong foundation in hospitality, clear and confident communication, and effective administrative capability, with flexibility to adapt to the unique requirements of different sites, clients, and service models.When on site, you will be the central point of contact for employees and visitors, providing assistance, information and support while maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
