Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, the Restaurant and Bar Manger will be responsible for leading the daily operations of our outlets, ensuring high quality service is maintained and creating a welcoming atmosphere that aligns with our brand. Your days will include but not limited to:Implementing a high quality service, creating champagne moments for the resort guests and promptly addressing guest enquiries, concerns and feedback. Leading our high performing team by creating weekly rosters, executing training, recruitment and adhering to safety procedures and liquor laws.Supporting in financial management with managing labour costs, inventory and driving revenue growth through promotional events.Influence the seasonal cocktail menu and local beer and wine selections. Ensuring all bar equipment are maintained at the highest standard.About youTo be successful in this role you will have 3-5 years management experience in a high volume hospitality setting. You will also have strong knowledge of beer, wine and spirits as well as current hospitality trends. Exceptional communication and leadership skills will be required as well as the ability to work nights, weekends and public holidays.
