In this role, you''ll be the welcoming face of the clinic, ensuring clients, staff, and postgraduate psychology students receive timely, professional, and efficient support.You''ll utilise our CorePlus practice management system, coordinate appointment scheduling, assist students in learning the system, and prepare monthly reports for the Clinic Manager. Your responsibilities will also include billing and payments, issuing invoices, banking daily income, and maintaining accurate, confidential client records. You''ll play a key part in preparing students for placement by supporting required verification processes, and you''ll collaborate closely with the broader administrative team to ensure smooth operations, including contributing to meeting minutes when needed.We are seeking someone who can commit to one of the following part time schedules: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday from 12pm to 5.30pm, or Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday from 9am to 5pm.
