We are seeking an experienced Auto Electrician Mobile Maintenance to support the development of PNG national maintenance capability at a large mining operation in Papua New Guinea.You will work alongside national technicians, providing hands-on coaching, mentoring and technical guidance to lift safety, quality and maintenance standards over the long term.Key ResponsibilitiesCoach, mentor and develop PNG national mobile maintenance techniciansProvide technical guidance and quality assurance on maintenance executionAct as a visible role model for safe work practices and high standardsSupport diagnostics and fault finding when requiredIdentify skill gaps and recurring technical issuesContribute to continuous improvement, reliability and defect elimination initiativesAbout YouElectrical Trade QualificationExtensive experience maintaining mobile mining equipmentStrong coaching and mentoring capabilityHigh technical credibility and ability to influence without authorityStrong focus on safety, quality and disciplined executionPatient, calm and committed to developing national capabilityAbout UsFMS Group has been on a journey since its establishment in 2005 as CQ Field Mining Services.
