Act as the central communication hub, managing all inbound guest queries via phone, email, mobile messaging, and internal platforms from a back-of-house environment. Receive, record, and relay messages clearly and promptly to ensure operational continuity across departments. Log all guest requests and service issues in the hotel system, coordinating with relevant teams (e.g., Bell, Housekeeping, Engineering) and following up to ensure full resolution. Provide informed guidance on room features, hotel services, and local attractions to empower guest experience, even from a BOH environment. Process room service orders, offer menu support, and accurately record transactions within the point-of-sale system. Assist guests with digital access and in-room technology, including Wi-Fi troubleshooting and entertainment system support.
