You will play a critical role in implementing innovative talent strategies, ensuring we attract and retain top tier professionals across all areas of the business, including Hearth Allied Health.You will:Lead and coach a team of Recruitment CoordinatorsOwn end-to-end talent acquisition. Attract, assess, and secure top-tier, values-aligned talent across all functions. Manage full-cycle recruitment: advertising, screening, interviewing, compliance, and onboardingContinuously build and nurture strong talent pipelines through targeted networking, talent pooling, and market mapping to ensure readiness for current and future hiring needs.Uphold principles of inclusion, diversity, and non-bias throughout all stages of the recruitment and selection process, ensuring they are actively integrated into hiring practices.Collaborate with leaders to forecast workforce needs and plan accordinglyFoster strong candidate relationships by building genuine rapport and maintaining timely, transparent communication throughout the recruitment process. This includes conducting thorough screening, managing shortlisting, and leading structured interviews to ensure a positive candidate experience and alignment with role requirements.Contribute to recruitment-related projects, tacking and analysing recruitment metrics to continually improve processesAbout YouYou''re a people first leader with a passion for recruitment and a flair for strategy.
