Our Housing Support and Family Connections Services provide vital outreach and case management, empowering individuals and families to build safer, more stable futures.Your role, your impactAs Senior Practitioner, you will:Mentor, support and motivate a team of practitioners, providing clinical and operational supervision to ensure high-quality, customer-focused service.Coordinate systems that support inclusive and flexible service delivery, including intake, assessment, client engagement, case planning, intervention, review, and referral or case closure.Lead the daily operation of the Housing Support and Family Connections Services teams, supporting staff through performance development, caseload coordination, team meetings, and supervision.Manage risk and safety concerns through continuous assessment and review.Oversee data management, risk reporting, and quality improvement processes, ensuring compliance with program requirements.Provide oversight and support across the full duration of program delivery, which runs across 7 days.Maintain evidence-based practices in case management, child safety, and family interventions.Ensure services operate in accordance with relevant legislation, funding, and reporting requirements.Who we''re looking forTertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social work or related disciplineCurrent driver''s licenseWhat will make you stand outExperience with coaching and mentoring team members.Experience in developing reports for funders or stakeholders.Understanding of the Not-For-Profit and Health sectors.What''s in it for youAt Each you''ll be supported to be your best.
