KU children learn it''s OK to be different, and we can all be different, together.The PreschoolKU Mosman Community Preschool is located in the heart of Mosman and caters for children aged 3-5 years Monday to Friday between 8am - 3:30pm during NSW school term time. We take a special interest in children''s literature and this is incorporated into our program through activities such as group-time discussion, author and illustrator studies, and the reading of good quality children''s literature. We believe preschool is a warm and welcoming place where children and families can enjoy a sense of belonging a place where children can enhance their confidence and celebrate the joy of being a child.This exciting opportunity will see you join the team full time working 5 days per fortnight on a permanent basis.The roster pattern is every Wednesday 7.6 & Thursday 7.6 hours each day and every second Tuesday 7.6 hours totaling 38 hours per fortnight. You would also have to opportunity to access additional casual days across other KU Preschools where available if so required.The Early Childhood Teacher will provide high-quality education to young children, using evidence-based and contemporary pedagogy and practices that align with the National Quality Standards, Early Years Learning Framework, and National Education and Care Law and Regulations. They will take the lead in developing and implementing a high-quality educational program and will build positive, respectful, and collaborative relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
