Reporting to the Venue Manager, this position plays a key role in delivering safe, seamless live events while leading teams and maintaining the venue''s high operational standards.This is a full-time role (38 hours per week) with a roster that includes nights, weekends and public holidays in line with event schedules. When the venue is not operating live events, the role reverts to standard MondayFriday hours, providing a balance between event delivery and operational planning.As Duty Manager, you''ll take ownership of live show delivery from start to finish, coordinating teams, managing compliance, supporting artists and promoters, and ensuring every event runs smoothly for patrons, staff and touring parties alike.
