Various projects across Perth metro areaCompany vehicle includedNationwide ASX listed companyTHE ROLEWorking alongside the Project Manager you will be supervising projects from set up to completion and managing a team of both internal and external team membersAs an influential leader, you will be encouraged to make a positive contribution to the internal and external site teams, and you will be a part of the growth of the national business.Manage on-site works of projects from initial site set up to completionEnsure compliance with HSEQ requirementsOversee the project site, plant & equipment are maintained and in working orderEffective cost control and running of projects to meet project deadlines and budgetsCoordinate direct labour, labour-hire and subcontractorsEnsure the efficient and appropriate delegation of work activitiesComplete project progress reporting and weekly meetingsProvide advice on any technical, trade or engineering issues (if applicable)Drive problem-solving and lead in developing innovative solutionsABOUT YOUThis is an opportunity to join a fast-growing organisation and play an integral part in its success and continued growth.
