We''re seeking a Cleaning and Trolley Collection Team Member to play a crucial role in ensuring our stores provide a positive shopping experience. No prior experience is required, just a willingness to learn and a great attitude.You''ll play an important role in keeping the store clean, safe, and welcoming for customers and team members. From sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors to cleaning shelves, ovens, drains, and other areas, you''ll make sure everything shines. You''ll also collect trolleys from the store and car park, rain or shine, helping create a great shopping experience for everyone.About you and your skillsWorking both indoors and outdoors, you''ll be trusted to work autonomously and in a group settingA commitment to providing great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and paceA keen eye for detail and cleanlinessA passion for working safely and abide by Coles Safe work practicesThe ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and demonstrate a solid work ethicTo be active you''ll be constantly on the go and may require to do some moderate to heavy lifting, reaching and pushingAvailability to work flexible hours across our store trading days (including weekends).
