Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Officer to join our dynamic team.About the RoleThis is a hands-on role suited to a results-driven marketing professional with prior experience in the education or RTO sector. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that increase student enrolments, strengthen brand presence, and support business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns for domestic and international student recruitmentManage digital marketing activities including social media, website content, SEO/SEM, and email campaignsLiaise with education agents and support promotional activitiesMonitor marketing performance, analyse data, and prepare reportsCoordinate promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisementsEnsure all marketing activities comply with ASQA, ESOS, and RTO standardsSupport events, expos, and open days as requiredEssential RequirementsProven experience in a Marketing Officer role, preferably within an RTO, college, or education sectorStrong understanding of student recruitment strategiesExperience with digital marketing platforms and social media managementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesStrong organisational and analytical skillsDesirable SkillsKnowledge of CRICOS and international student marketingExperience working with education agentsGraphic design or content creation skillsWhat We OfferFull-time/ Part-time position based in Bankstown NSWSupportive and professional working environmentOpportunity to grow with a well-established and expanding RTOCompetitive salary based on experienceJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual, ContractPay: $55,000.00 $75,000.00 per yearWork Location: Hybrid remote in Bankstown NSW
