We help enhance the quality of dialogue and collaboration to better enable our strategic teams to design and build the business of our future - together.Who are we looking for?We are seeking an Organisational Development Lead who will play a pivotal role in advancing transformative initiatives at GHD by facilitating team coaching programs with leaders and their teams, as well as providing direct leadership for change management programs. Furthermore, this position is integral to fostering cross-organisational collaboration and establishing the connections required to achieve our future objectives.In this diverse role you will:Facilitate cultural transformation efforts in accordance with the Enterprise strategy. Lead change management for Enterprise priority projects, ensuring the outcomes of strategic initiatives are fully integrated and embedded. Work closely and collaborate with senior leadership to ensure organisational development initiatives are in line with overarching business strategies. Partner with leaders and project teams to design and implement operating model adjustments that support organisational targets. Support Enterprise projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. Utilise Systemic Team Coaching methods and experience to help teams improve performance, communication, and collaboration, all aimed at achieving exceptional results that align with enterprise and strategic objectives. Build strong relationships and networks to drive positive change and ensure effective communication and collaboration between different business units and functions. Guide teams in establishing new working practices and mindsets that encourage innovative problem-solving, testing assumptions, and adapting plans and solutions as needed. Facilitate innovation workshops that empower leaders and teams to explore new business or service models and inspire creative thinking across the organisation.What will you bring to the team:Tertiary qualified in Organisational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Management or similar (desirable) with credible experience in managing diverse organisational change scenarios including business transformation and change management initiatives. Digital or workforce transformation experience is highly desirable. Experienced in guiding senior stakeholders and mentoring others to manage ambiguity. Exhibits strong performance in challenging situations, including pressure, uncertainty, and setbacks, while offering support to others in managing change through constructive and sustainable approaches.
