This beautifully represents the culture and care model of the home, which supports people with complex medical and psychogeriatric care needs.As an Enrolled Nurse you will be responsible for the provision of resident focused holistic nursing care to those assigned to you, under the direction of a Registered Nurse.Duties of the role include but are not limited to:Supporting residents in all activities of daily living and delivering resident centred care that meets best practice standards and in line with policies.Demonstrating respect for resident''s values, customs and spiritual beliefs to support care that is effective and culturally appropriate.About youAs an Enrolled Nurse, you will have:A current, condition-free registration with AHPRAAged Care nursing experienceAvailabilityto work a rotating roster and variable shiftsa Current National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) workers screening checkA strong commitment to high quality careHighly developed communication and interpersonal skillsThe ability to work as part of a diverse teamHealthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in theAustralian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice).
