In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing our clients'' understanding and utilisation of our digital solutions. You will travel to various client sites across the property ecosystem, providing hands-on support to ensure clients maximise the potential of Cotality''s products. Beyond education, you will act as a trusted advisor, identifying opportunities for passive selling and upselling to introduce relevant upgrades that align with client needs. If you thrive on building relationships and creating impactful learning experiences, we want to hear from you.What You Will Be Doing:Deliver engaging and tailored training sessions to diverse client groups on Cotality''s digital solutions.Travel to client locations to provide hands-on training and build strong, mutually beneficial relationships.Identify opportunities for passive selling and upselling by suggesting relevant features and services.Stay informed on real estate market trends and product developments to provide valuable insights.Collaborate with Client Success and Sales teams to ensure training strategies align with client goals.Monitor and report on training effectiveness, gathering feedback to continuously improve programmes.Achieve and maintain a target percentage of billable hours to ensure high productivity and contribution to revenue generation.Job Qualifications:What You Will Bring:Essential:Demonstrated experience in training or a client-facing role with a track record of delivering high-quality programmes.Exceptional people skills with the ability to engage stakeholders from C-Suite executives to boutique owners.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear manner.Willingness and flexibility to travel to client locations as needed.Must hold a valid Driver''s Licence and have access to a reliable car.A genuine interest in the property industry and a desire to grow within an ever-changing, dynamic business.Preferred:Prior experience within the real estate sector.Knowledge of digital solutions and their application within the property industry.
