The Opportunity As aSenior Finance Business Partner,you''llplay a key role in supporting thefinancial managementof VIDA Health''s major health infrastructure projects. Reporting to the Manager, FP&A,you''llpartner closely with project teams, costcontrollersand senior leaders toprovidehigh-quality financial advice, robust analysis and clear insights that support informed decision-making. You''llmanage a dedicated portfolio, acting as a trusted advisor on budgeting, forecasting, costmanagementand funding, while strengthening financial capability across the organisation. Key aspects of the role include:Partnering with project teams and senior leaders toprovidetailored financial advice across assigned portfolios. Supporting budgeting, forecasting, cost management, capitalisationand funding decisions. Preparing clear, evidence-based financial reports, briefingsand business cases for executive audiences. Using financial data and analytics to identifyrisks,opportunitiesand emerging cost pressures. Supporting strategic planning, scenario modellingand funding alignment for major projects. Building financial capability across finance and non-finance stakeholders through coaching and guidance. Ensuring compliance with public sector financial frameworks, legislationand VIDA Healthpolicies. We are looking for:An experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial partnering,forecastingand budget management. Demonstrated ability to provide clear, practical financial advice to executives and senior leaders. Experience working across complex portfolios in a project or infrastructure-focused environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful insights. A collaborative communicator who builds trusted relationships and influences decision-making. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage competing priorities with confidence.
