Working within a specialist compliance project team, you''ll dive into detective reports, proactively pick up exceptions and trends in payroll data, and partner with colleges and managers to ensure compliance requirements are met. Rather than deeply technical payroll processing, this role is about strong problem solving, confident data handling, and building trusted relationships across the university to get to the heart of matters quickly and clearly.This role is perfect for someone who likes blending analysis with relationship building.
