You will support clients to build resilience and independence while delivering services that are respectful, culturally safe, and responsive to individual needs.This position reports to the Team Leader and works closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesService DeliveryProvide in-home domestic cleaning services in a courteous, respectful, and culturally appropriate mannerDeliver person-centred support in line with individual care or support plansEncourage and support clients to achieve their optimal level of independenceReport changes in client health, wellbeing, or circumstances promptly to leadershipRespond calmly and professionally to emergencies or unexpected situationsDocumentation & ComplianceComplete accurate and timely electronic client records and appointment verificationsReport outcomes and service delivery data in line with funding requirementsSubmit timesheets accurately and on timeMaintain infection control, food safety, PPE, and WH&S standardsProfessional ConductCommunicate effectively with clients, families, carers, and internal stakeholdersUphold organisational policies, procedures, and codes of conductComply with all relevant legislation, National Aged Care Standards, and Disability Support requirementsAct with integrity, accountability, and professionalism at all timesFlexibility & TeamworkParticipate in training, staff meetings, performance reviews, and professional developmentDemonstrate flexibility by assisting with tasks outside usual duties when requiredWork independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary teamAbout YouExperience in domestic cleaning duties or a willingness to learnGenuine desire to support older people and people with disabilityDemonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a teamPositive, flexible, and solutions-focused attitudeAwareness of local health issues and ability to work with people from diverse cultural backgroundsComputer literacy in Microsoft Office, or willingness and capacity to learnCurrent C Class Driver''s LicenceCurrent CPR and First Aid certificationValid Blue Card and Yellow Card or NDIS Worker Screening CheckAustralian or NZ Citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid work visa with no restrictions (Visa sponsorship is not available)DesirableExperience working with older people and/or people with disabilityWhy Join NWRH?Our diverse teams come from across Australia and bring a wide range of skills, experience, and perspectives.
