Primary LocationSA - Regency Park Job Description SummaryExciting opportunity to join our South Australian Meter Reading team as a Field Supervisor About the RoleService Stream''s Energy and Water division are currently seeking a Field Supervisorto join our Metering Services team. Reporting directly to the Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible fordriving and overseeing field performance and aiming for consistent delivery on all associated operational KPI''s. Based in Rergency Park (SA), and offered on a Permanent, Full Time basis, this position offers an excellent opportunity for the right candidate.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure all contractual KPI''s are met and exceeded where possibleAssist in maintaining a strong client relationship and act as key point of contact/liaison for meter reader performance and employee relations mattersEnsure the quality of work is in accordance with relevant contractual requirements, company standards and to the satisfaction of the clientPlanning and coordinating all daily tasks associated with the role to ensure field operational designated responsibilities and tasks are completed in a timely mannerPerform ad-hoc auditing, reading and field based operational investigations where requiredReport all HSE Incidents in line with Service Stream''s Incident Reporting Process and Client''s own requirementsProvide an exceptional customer service and manage customer complaints within SLA timeframesEnsure any reporting is completed in line with Client and Management requirementsSkills and ExperienceIn-field utility metering experience & ability/interest working outdoorsPeople management (operational/field environment desirable)Extensive experience in Contract, Customer and Client managementIntermediate level Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook + databasesInterpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skillsBenefitsMaximum term contract opportunityFocus on reward & recognitionGreat team culture DepartmentField ServicesHow to Apply If this sounds like you apply now to the Service Stream Recruitment Team via the online application button.
