The Opportunity Join us in shaping a better future for people, communities, and the planet.Join our Finance team as we deliver Stockland''s climate related disclosure requirements and uplift our long term ESG reporting capability across the organisation.We''re Looking ForA Finance Sustainability Analyst who will support the implementation of AASB S2 climate disclosures and help drive high quality, reliable and well governed climate and ESG data within Finance.What You''ll Do Support the implementation of AASB S2 climate related disclosures through data collation, reconciliation, analysis and evidence management across finance and sustainability data setsContribute to financial impact modelling, climate analysis and the preparation of disclosure checklists, climate reports and materials for senior stakeholdersCoordinate internal communications, track working group actions, support assurance processes and complete controls testing and procedural documentationAssist with climate scenario analysis, data validation, dashboards, visualisation and ESG data integration as part of Finance''s climate reporting upliftThis is a full time, two year contract role within the Finance team, supporting Stockland''s evolving climate reporting obligations and long term sustainability commitmentsAbout YouYou are passionate about the intersection of finance and sustainability and enjoy working with data to solve emerging and complex reporting challenges. You are looking for a role that allows you to expand your ESG capability, collaborate widely across the business and play an important part in shaping Stockland''s future climate reporting landscape.Experience & Skills That Count Bachelor of Commerce or Accounting, with CAANZ desired or willingness to completeMore than three years experience in finance, accounting, risk or ESG rolesStrong analytical skills with the ability to work confidently with financial and sustainability dataExperience with controls testing, reconciliations, documentation or assurance style activitiesHigh attention to detail and strong communication skills for engaging cross functional stakeholdersThe Right Mindset Curious, improvement focused and keen to learn in a changing regulatory environmentCollaborative and comfortable working with diverse stakeholders and subject matter expertsAdaptable, resilient and able to manage competing priorities and reporting deadlinesThe Stockland PropositionWe''re a community: a supportive, empowered team that works as one to create better places and experiences for everyone, including ourselves.
