With the power of many curious minds, together we can solve the world''s most complex challenges and deliver more impact together.Role description:Providing office/facilities support as part of the Australia Workplace Team.The Workplace Facilities Assistant role reports directly to the Workplace Facilities Manager role. Role accountabilities:The main responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:Resolving day-to-day office operational issues and escalate appropriately where necessary. Maintaining office and kitchen cleanliness Ordering, restocking, and maintaining supplies Setting up meetings and event spaces, including movement of furniture, ordering food and beverage, maintaining room tidiness (requires a level of physical fitness) Reception cover as/when needed, including:Answer, screen, forward telephone calls and taking detailed messages Order & receive couriers Greet & direct visitors Coordinating with vendors and building management to ensure smooth operations Undertaking First Aid and Evacuation Warden roles. Providing meeting room AV support Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned by your manager. Qualifications & Experience:Relevant experience in a professional environment Organised, methodical and a good work ethic Professional appearance and manner on the phone and in interaction with clients and staff Commitment to customer service Excellent communication and relationship building skills, both internally and externally Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages Knowledge of general IT systems and those used in the delivery of Workplace services Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks where required Why Arcadis?We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
