Working under the direct/indirect day to day supervision of Registered Nurses you will ensure care aligns with aged care quality standards while promoting independence, safety, and an improved quality of life. Reporting to the Senior Nurse Consultant, your key responsibilities will be:Assisting with Clinical Care DeliverySupporting Comprehensive AssessmentsAssistance with Coordinating ServicesAdvocating for ClientsProviding Health EducationMonitoring Health and Reporting OutcomesYour working hoursThis position is permanent part-time, 50 hours per fortnight working on weekends.What do we need from you?You must have:Current Enrolled Nurse qualifications with current AHPRA registrationMinimal 12 months clinical experience in acute or aged care sectorCurrent unrestricted Australian drivers licence with minimum Third-Party Damage InsuranceExcellent written and verbal communicationIntermediate level of computer skillsSound clinical decision making and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a teamDemonstrate an understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare''s Christian identity and promote the organisation''s values through interactions at workAbout UsWe are proud to be part of the merged care organisation that will be known nationally as BaptistCare.
