This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of an essential team that provides maintenance services to over 18,000 public housing dwellings for the Department of Communities, including Aboriginal communities in remote locations throughout the State.Benefits Provided$120K + SuperJob security, working in an essential Government Sector located in CarnarvonVehicle, Uniforms / PPE providedAn Employee Assistance Program, which incorporates a range of support and counselling services for any issue, personal or work relatedKey ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Branch Supervisor, theMaintenance Carpenteris primarily responsible for general maintenance and reactive maintenance of our contract''s facilities.Duties IncludeComplete any general maintenance and installation of cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, or other wooden fixtures used in buildingsUse hand tools, machines, or power saws as requiredFollow established safety rules and regulations and maintains a safe and clean environmentAbout YouTo join our team, you will be a qualified Tran who has experience in a domestic or commercial environment, has excellent attention to detail and a strength for delivering a high quality service without compromise. The incumbent is a key person within the Team, promoting staff morale while displaying a "can do" and "Team Player" attitude.
