Its vertically integrated processes for orbital and suborbital launch, hypersonic flight, re-entries from space, and range services for advanced system testing have been proven by customers and regulators.About the roleWe are seeking an organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Executive Leadership Team, including the CEO, CFO, and Head of Ranges and Infrastructure. The role ensures smooth coordination, effective communication, and efficient management of executive priorities, while supporting broader organisational initiatives. Responsibilities include:Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, reconciliations, expenses, and vendor queries.Support month-end activities, accruals, reconciliations, internal reporting, and spend variance analysis with managers.Track project costs, including customer-rechargeable versus internal expenditure, and maintain contract financial records.Coordinate sourcing, purchasing, and supplier engagement, including quote evaluation, approvals, and performance monitoring.Support procurement reviews for higher-value or higher-risk purchases.Provide office and facilities support across sites, including supplies, maintenance, compliance coordination, and contractors.Support onboarding and offboarding in coordination with HR and IT.Provide project and operational support, including travel, logistics, site visits, and services coordination.Contribute to continuous improvement of financial, procurement, and business support processes.About youWe are proud of the diversity of experience within our team and will be encouraged by what you can bring to this position.
