Job Description Pullman Sydney Airportis currently seeking aFull Time Front Office Assistant (Duty) Managerto join our property boasting 229 rooms, an Executive Lounge, Mobius Bar & Grill and 4 versatile conference rooms.Reporting directly to the Front Office Manager, this role is primarily responsible for ensuring a high level of guest service at all times across the hotel.Acting as a role model for the Front Office team.Drive loyalty sign ups in line with AccorHotels regional targets, Hotel specific targets and associated initiatives.Leading by example when attending to guest requests, being proactive and resourceful.Taking initiative to ensure that interactions with our guests are positive and productive.Providing guidance, supporting training and leading the teamActively resolving guest complaints and challengesAssisting with check-in and check-out of guests, ensuring all procedures are adhered to.Assisting other areas of the hotel during peak times when neededBeing responsible for the health and safety of all patrons, guests and staff members.Maintain a high level of personal presentation as an ambassador for the hotelAlways upholding Accor and Heartist values & Pullman brand standards QualificationsExperience in a similar role in a hotel.Confidence and the ability to approach people to initiate conversations andbuild relationshipsEntrepreneurial spirit with drive, ambition and high level of energyTime management and multi-tasking skills.Experience in Fidelio or Opera PMS, hotSOS is highly preferred.Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays as per business demands.Unlimited work rights in Australia Additional Information At Accor, we believe HOSPITALITY IS A WORK OF HEARTBy joining Accor, every chapter of your story is yours to write and together we can imagine tomorrow''s hospitality.
