In addition, the role will identify current and emerging issues within business and system processes and assist the team to make continuous improvements to processes. The role will also assist with administrative and system functions and ad hoc requests. To access the Position Description, please click here.Position accountabilitiesDTP is seeking a detail-oriented professional to provide high-quality administrative and operational support within the Office of Spatial Planning. In this role, you will manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, monitor briefings, and liaise with colleagues to ensure deadlines are met. You will prepare and distribute reports, maintain internal information and communication systems including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and shared mailboxes, and ensure documents meet style and quality standards. You will contribute to issue management by tracking current and emerging matters, supporting the effective flow of information, and providing operational and systems advice to maintain high stakeholder satisfaction. The role requires collaboration across the division, actively contributing to team projects and supporting the delivery of Spatial Planning programs. You will also promote and support safe, inclusive, and flexible team operations, assisting with tasks across the broader division as required. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. A collaborative approach, commitment to high-quality service, and alignment with VPS values are essential.
