You willbe requiredto liaise with the community, receiving and following through on customer/community concerns to resolution with a professional, can-do approach.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for urgent works and customer inquiries, ensuringtimelyandaccurateresponses.Coordinate with field crews and the Traffic Management Centre to deliver efficient maintenance solutions.Maintain databases, track progress, and complete administration tasks with precision.Promote safety and professionalism in all interactions while supporting Zero Harm initiatives.Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery.Whatyou''llbringMinimum 2 years'' experience in customer service, preferably in a call centre environment (including nights/weekends).Flexible attitude with ability to work rotating shifts,including nights, weekends, and public holidays.Strong communicationskills and a proactive, customer-focused approach.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure setting with accuracy and attention to detail.Proficient computer literacy and experience with MS Office and database systems.Downer is a company that believes people are our greatest asset.
