If so, we''d love to hear from youAbout the RoleAs a Customer Service Officer, you''ll be the welcoming face of our centre, providing exceptional service to members and guests. Your responsibilities will include:Greeting and assisting customers in person and over the phoneHandling membership enquiries, tours, sales, and bookingsManaging cash handling and Point of Sale transactionsResponding to customer feedback and resolving issues promptlySupporting centre operations and promoting a safe, welcoming environmentWhat We''re Looking ForA positive, energetic personality with excellent interpersonal skillsPrevious experience in customer service or administrationStrong communication skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask in a busy environmentBasic computer skills (point of sale technology experience is a bonus)Working ConditionsThis role requires flexibility to work arotating roster, including mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends, to meet the operational needs of a 7-day-a-week facility.Essential RequirementsWorking with Children Check (NSW)Commitment to safeguarding children and young peopleWillingness to attend training and team meetingsCurrent CPR / First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain prior to employment)Why Work With Us?You''ll be part of a passionate team delivering exceptional customer service and helping members achieve their health and fitness goals.
