Emphasis on leadership and motivation in a challenging environment will require excellent communication and presentation skills.Your prime responsibilities will be grading teams, developing draws, communicating with the teams and the oversight of the umpire roster.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate administration and delivery of the Netball, Futsal and Summer Soccer Competition programFull Time role - 38 hours a weekOngoing training and career pathwaysTo Be Successful in This Role, You Will HaveAvailability for Tuesday and Thursday evening shift is required to be considered for the role with Wednesday evening and Saturday morning desirable.Current First Aid & CPROffice administration and Computer skillsKnowledge of Netball, Futsal, Soccer and community recreation (playing, umpiring, coaching and administration)Excellent organisational and time management skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholdersTertiary qualifications Sport, Recreation or Fitness (desirable)Who What Y?The Y NSW is a profit-for-purpose organisation focused on healthy living, social impact and empowering young people.
