Power & Utilities division delivers solutions for the Renewable Energy and Hydrogen Industries such as project certification and design verification, site assessment, grid connection support, supply chain quality management, project management assistance, construction supervision, as well as condition monitoring and asset management solutions.The Role:BV is seeking an experienced Senior Renewable Energy Engineer. The candidate should have a High-level understanding of the energy yield assessments and experience in Design review, verification, and assessment of the renewable energy plants. This may include budget, schedule, quality, risk, contract and stakeholder management, supervising the construction, procurement activities, involve with the negotiation with EPC, managing industrial relations etc.Key responsibilities:Solar/Wind/BESS site visits, inspections, RCAsHigh-level understanding of the energy yield assessmentsDesign review, verification, and assessment of the renewable energy plantsExperiences with EPC, O&M, and module supply agreement contract reviewsPerform technical due diligence, construction monitoring, and payment milestone authorization of the Wind, Solar and BESSManage the Projects as the owners or lenders engineerKnowledge on wind Projects is a plusManage other engineering sub-consultants to meet the requirements of BVs clients.Maintaining communication with engineers of other international BV officesfacilitating information sharing in the area of electrical engineering for renewable energy plants.Client liaison, including development and continual review of client requirements, managing client expectations, keeping clients informed of work progress and ensuring timely production of deliverablesParticipate and represent BV in renewable energy conferences, events, etc.Any other tasks requested by the Engineering ManagerQualifications and Experiences :Bachelor of Electrical Engineering, Masters is preferredWorking in the consultancy environment as owner and lender engineer is EssentialAbility to work under pressureThis role may require 20-30% of travelThe benefits:We offer a competitive salary package and an opportunity to advance your career in a leading global organisation, as well as: Training and Development opportunities, an annual review to plan your career developmentobjectives for career progression.
