This role will work closely with senior leaders to develop data-driven strategies, implement cross-functional initiatives, and ensure alignment with company goals. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and project management skills, capable of turning big ideas into actionable plans.What key responsibilities does this role have @ Koala?Strategic Roadmap & ExecutionCollaborate with senior leaders to develop and refine Koalas three-year strategy.Translate high-level strategies into actionable initiatives or projects, assigning clear ownership, timelines, and success metrics.Proactively manage resources, stakeholders, and risks to ensure initiatives deliver targeted outcomes on time and within budget.Lead end-to-end change management for operational improvements, tracking and reporting on key performance metrics to ensure accountability and lasting positive impact.OKR AlignmentPartner with market leaders to set and refine quarterly OKRs that build up to deliver Koalas overarching three-year strategy.Monitor OKR progress, reporting status updates, and support market leaders to adjust targets or tactics as needed.Stakeholder Engagement & CommunicationCraft clear, concise and compelling decks, memos, and other comms that clearly convey strategic insights or updates for internal and external stakeholders and forge alignment through impactful and data-driven storytelling.Serve as a key point of contact for strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment and buy-in at all levels of the organisation.Cross-Functional CollaborationMaintain close partnerships with key stakeholders across the business to deliver initiatives, align resources and execute project plans.Facilitate open communication and knowledge-sharing to drive unified, company-wide outcomes.Demonstrate and promote the companys values, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.Ideal background...5 years experience in a strategy, project management, or change management roleStrategic thinker able to adapt global business strategies into local strategic initiativesDemonstrated success in diagnosing operational inefficiencies, implementing process improvements, and delivering measurable gains in productivity or cost savingsEffective project manager with experience in delivering project outcomes in fast-paced, high-growth environmentsSkilled in the creation of clear, effective, and high-quality decks, memos and commsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels across the businessCommercially-minded, pragmatic and tenaciousDegree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Law preferredManagement consulting experience (MBB, Boutique or Big 4) is not essential but will be well-regarded.Treehouse Perks and PrivilegesKoala is only great when its employees are happy and were one happy bunch!Hybrid working - Were mixing it up with ~3 days back in the Alexandria Treehouse (office) and work from bed/home (WFB)Take a break - Generous time off - volunteer, parental, Koala life leave and more to help keep your work-life balance, balanced.
