You will contribute to a variety of major infrastructure projects, as well as industrial and commercial developments, while providing technical guidance in a range of structural materials for our junior team members. With offices Australia-wide, there is plenty of opportunity to collaborate across our multi-disciplinary teams. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:Become a technical focal point and provide guidance for the structural team in MelbourneApply engineering fundamentals to solve intermediate to advanced engineering solutionsLiaise with clients, design technicians, and other team members to deliver practical solutionsManage clients, prepare fee proposals, and tender documentationProvide technical guidance to junior team membersWhat you bring:Minimum 15+ years of experience in structural designDeep experience in structural engineering design and already obtained Engineers Australia Chartered Professional Engineer status or equivalentBachelor of Civil/Structural Engineering or higherStrong analytical thinking skills and a problem-solving mentalityWillingness to mentor and check technical documentation for junior membersExceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both with colleagues and clientsWhy join us:Passionate Team: We''re a friendly team passionate about our work.
