Youll provide expert WHS and injury management advice, lead incident investigations, coordinate safety systems, and help deliver safer outcomes for staff, patients, and visitors alike.Why This Role?Part-time with purpose balance lifestyle and impact in a 3-day roleOne site focus build strong relationships and see the impact of your workEastern Suburbs location work in serene hospital surrounds close to Bondi, Bronte, and Centennial ParkAbout the RoleAs the WHS lead for the War Memorial Hospital site, youll:Coach and support leaders on WHS strategies and complianceLead incident investigations and implement corrective actionsCoordinate emergency preparedness and fire response systemsDeliver WHS training and build safety capability across the siteReview and update safety policies and procedures in line with legislationSupport injury management and return to work planningUse data and digital tools to monitor, report, and improve safety outcomesWhat Youll BringQualifications in health or safety (e.g., Cert IV or above in WHS)3+ years of experience in WHS or a related fieldTech-savvy approach confident using Microsoft Office, safety systems and digital platformsStrong communication, investigation, and coaching skillsA proactive, solutions-focused mindsetJoin UnitingBe part of a supportive, values-driven organisation committed to the wellbeing of its people.
